How Much Does It Cost?

The question that is on everyones minds is “How much will this cost us?”

There are number of ways that Zero Pro can help your business and we have consciously designed our pricing to be flexible and affordable.

What we guarantee is we will price our services to represent value to your company. We are committed to helping companies make progress towards more modern, efficient and optimized supply chains and to achieve this we want to ensure Zero Pro is accessible to everyone.

There are many ways which we can charge for our services. The most simple way is to charge a flat monthly subscription fee that we agree on before we start working together. This is the most common way that we charge for our services.

For companies that are wanting a opportunity to align costs with their use of the platform, we can charge based on a variety of metrics, such as number of suppliers onboarded, number of defined products or number of activities created. This, potentially combined with a smaller subscription cost, will allow companies to start off on a cost effective way and grow costs aligned to how the platform is used.

We dont charge based on the number of users

When you come on board with Zero Pro, we will set up the initial users on your behalf and nominate one, or more of them, to be system administrators. These users can then add and remove users as required. We do not charge based on the number of users, so you can have as many users as you like.

We feel that to get the best value from the platform requires collaboration across multiple teams which may be restricted if we charge per user.

Corporate Gateway and Consumer Portal access is included as part of the subscription

We provide access to both the Corporate Gateway and Consumer Portal as part of the subscription, without further charge.

This allows you to start integrating Zero Pro functionality seamlessly into your business processes and consumer facing applications.

For consumer facing businesses, we see the Consumer Portal as a key component of the Zero Pro platform. It allows your customers to get access to critical information that helps to inform their purchasing decisions and allows you to build a relationship with them that is based on trust and transparency.

Your suppliers do not need to pay to use Zero Pro for your requirements

Suppliers get access to the portal for free. Getting suppliers onboarded and willing to participate is key to the success of any supply chain optimization progress.

We see charging suppliers to participate is a major roadblock to getting them oboarded and engaged.

Should suppliers wish to extend their use of Zero Pro outside of the scope of your requirements, such as to manage their own supply chain, they can do so by subscribing to a Zero Pro subscription but this is optional and outside of the scope of your optimization process.

We are committed to helping you achieve your goals

Our missions to help as many companies deliver on their goals and ambitions. We want to ensure that our pricing is transparent, fair and represents value to your business.

We want your business to succeed and we want to be a part of that success. We will price our services accordingly.

We guarantee we can reduce your overall costs

What we will guarantee is that using Zero Pro will provide a net reduction in your current operational costs, or for companies that don’t have existing teams in place, we will provide a cheaper way of achieving your goals than hiring dedicated resources.

How can we do this? Without a dedicated framework like Zero Pro, much of the work that needs to be completed will be manually handled, which is time consuming and expensive. By using Zero Pro, we can automate many of the processes that would otherwise be done manually, which will save you time and money.

The design of Zero Pro distributes the requirements of defining each stage of the supply chain to the participating suppliers. This takes the burden off your resources and allows you to focus on the bigger picture, rather than getting bogged down in the details.

This approach will either let you reduce the number of resources you need to achieve your goals, or allow you to focus those resources on more strategic activities that will help your business grow.
